AP Wins 4 More Tournaments
AP 12 Kiraly was a perfect 4-0 at their February 11th tournament, earning a tournament championship. AP 13 Flyers travelled to New Braunfels on Saturday, February 11th, and fought their way a tournament championship.
On Sunday, February 12th, AP 14 Thunder & AP 14 Summit each earned gold medals by winning their division of the APV #2 tournament.
15 different AP teams have now either won a tournament or had an undefeated weekend!
AP 12 Lightning went 3-1 and finished 3rd in their tournament. AP 18 Stealth played in the 2-day Texas Fest 18 Open division, and finished 3rd out of the 21 team field. AP 17 Spartans, also played in the 2-day Texas Fest tournament, finished 5th out of 15 teams in the 17 Open division.

AP Teams Start February With 3 Championships
AP 16 Tsunami went a perfect 4-0 at their February 4th tournament. Setter Sofia Kampfe served and led Tsunami on an impressive 21-0 run during one set. AP 16 Tsunami brought home the tournament championship. AP 17 En Fuego also won every match they played and earned 1st place in the BCVA #3 tournament.
AP 15 Gazelle rallied in the finals to win in 3, capping off their perfect day, and captured the gold medals at APV #1.
AP 16 Momentum went 3-1, and made their way to the finals where they earned silver medals.
AP 15 Komodos went 3-1 at the APV #1 tournament and finished 2nd overall.
AP 13 Scorpion went 3-1, and finished in 3rd place in their first tournament of February.
3 AP Teams Have Perfect Weekends
AP 15 PHD played on January 28 in the Aggieland Classic. The team began pool play at 8am and finished the finals at 10:30pm, going 7-0 in matches and 14-0 in games on the day. AP 15 PHD took 1st out of the 22 team field.
AP 12 Kiraly & AP 14 Relentless both played in the pool-play only Central TX Power League #1 on January 28. Both teams went a perfect 3-0 in matches and 6-0 in games to win their pool and finish the day perfect.
7 AP Teams Make Tour of Texas
AP - 1 of only 5 clubs to qualify a team in every age group
AP 13 Puma, AP 14 Samurai, AP 15 PHD, AP 16 Surge, AP 17 Apex and AP 18 Eclectic all qualified for the Tour of Texas and join pre-qualified AP 16 Black Mamba to bring AP's total to 7 teams in the Tour. AP 16 Black Mamba, playing in
Division I of the Tour Qualifier, finished in the top 8 of the entire 16s age division. AP 14 Samurai was a perfect 6-0 in matches at the Tour Qualifier, earning them the right to compete in
Division I at the Tour Stop 1 in Dallas. AP 17 Apex was also a perfect 6-0 and capped off their tournament with a come from behind game 3 win. With Apex trailing 9-1 in the 3rd set, the team showed tremendous fight and character as they
rallied back and took the set 20-18, earning them the right to compete in Division I at the Tour Stop 1 in Dallas.

AP 13 Puma Wins 3-day MLK Tournament
AP 15 PHD finishes 2nd in 16s division
AP 13 Puma kept alive their perfect match and games record on the season going 9-0 in matches and 18-0 in games at the 3 day MLK tournament. AP 13 Puma earned gold medals for the 2nd time this season, after an
impressive and exciting come from behind sweep in the finals.
AP 15 PHD played up in the 16s division of MLK and improved drastically each day of the 3 day tournament. AP 15 PHD made their way to the championship
match and earned the silver medals.
AP 16 Black Mamba Wins 2-day Tour Warm Up
3 AP Teams Finish Top 3, 6 in Top 10
AP 16 Black Mamba finishes a perfect 6-0 in matches, and 12-0 in games over the 2-day Tour Warm Up as they sweep their way to the championship. AP 12 Kiraly made it to the finals,
where they finished in 2nd, bringing home silver medals. AP 14 Samurai went 4-1, losing only to the eventual champion, and took 3rd place out of the 40 team field.
AP 18 Eclectic lost only one match over the 2 days, and finished as silver champions (7th place). AP 18 Stealth also finished in the top 10 as they made it an all-AP silver final, and finished in 8th. AP 17 Spartans also finished in the top 10, taking 9th place.
2 More AP Teams Make Finals to Open Season
AP 14 Samurai has perfect day and begins their season with a tournament championship. AP 12 Kiraly starts season by making their way to the finals and grabbing silver medals.
6 AP Teams Open Season with 1st place finishes
For many AP teams, the 2011-2012 season kicked off over the December 10-11 weekend. 6 AP teams started off their seasons with tournament championships.
AP 13 Puma, AP 15 PHD, AP 16 Black Mamba, AP 16 Tsunami, AP 17 Spartans and AP 18 Eclectic all had perfect days and brought home gold medals.
AP 13 Flyers and AP 14 Thunder both made it to the finals and won silver medals. AP 16 Momentum took 3rd in the Gold bracket. AP 16 Surge and AP 17 En Fuego both went 3-1 on the day and won the silver championship.
