Participant agrees to hold Regent's School of Austin, Clint Small Jr Middle School, St. Michael's Catholic Academy, Austin Performance Volleyball (APV) and its employees, coaches, staff and any other locations used for APV tryouts harmless from all injuries to persons occurring as a result of or in any way connected with your presence at APV volleyball tryouts or on the premises used by APV for these events between the dates of July 5, 2010 and November 15, 2010.  Parent also authorizes APV and its staff to act on Parent's behalf according to the best of their knowledge in any emergency situation requiring medical attention.
