you can not cancel and be refunded for until we have absolute confirmation of

How to Book a Room
The Atlantis hotel has a
contracted rate of $169/night for Friday & Saturday nights, plus $129/night
for Sunday night. To receive this rate, reference the “NCVA Far Western” group rate. We were told the conditions of
this group rate were: 1) ability to cancel up to 30 days before arrival, AND 2)
1st night’s room & tax charged at time of booking. Please double check any conditions/terms
