accepted into this tournament, so please do NOT book any hotels or airfare that
you can not cancel and be refunded for until we have absolute confirmation of
acceptance. We should know within the next few weeks and will keep you
updated.
Booking a Room
To reserve a
room, call the Hilton Americas directly using the number above and reference
the Lone Star Regionals
or the Cross Court Classic
for the $129/night tournament contracted rate. Ask the hotel for the
exact details and terms of the rate/contract.
The hotel is NOT holding rooms
specifically for AP parents. The above mentioned rate is good as long as the
hotel has rooms available in the Lone Star Regionals
block.
