Parents Information
We have booked the players’
hotels for the NorthEast Qualifier in Baltimore.
Please note that we have not yet been
accepted into this tournament, so please do NOT book any hotels or airfare that
you can not cancel and be refunded for until we have absolute confirmation of
acceptance. We should know within the next few weeks and will keep you
updated.
With that said,
hotels in
AES has available a number
of options with competitive rates on hotels for parents to book. It is worth a look, but it is definitely not
required for you to 1) use AES or 2) stay in the same hotel as your daughter.

Click on ‘Reserve a Room’ on the left hand menu.
2.
Find ’10 NorthEast Qualifier
(12-15, 16 Natl & Amer).
3.
This link will take you to a list of
hotels and their descriptions.
4.
As I said before, you are not
required to stay in the hotel that your daughter is staying in.
5.
You can check the availability of
rooms by clicking on the ‘More Info’ link on the right hand side under the
Price of each hotel.
6.
Click on the name of the hotel that
you would like to book.
7.
Read and be sure that you understand
their cancellation dates and deadlines.
This is very important!! As I stated before, we are not guaranteed entry
into these tournaments and you need to leave yourself some wiggle room to
cancel if need be!!

The next page will prompt you to
select your club. Note that Austin
Performance Volleyball is in the ‘Lone Star’ Region. (This will help speed up
the process.)
10. Then
you will select the team that you are affiliated with.
11. Select
your room type, pay and you should receive a confirmation page and email.
(Booking 3 or less rooms generally entitles you to be
considered an individual instead of group and thus receive more flexibility in
the cancellation/change terms of the contract.)
12. Again,
the confirmation page will state the cancellation deadline and terms of the
contract. Please read it carefully.
